Eloise is a solicitor in the Commercial, Property and Estate Planning Teams of Access Law Group.

Eloise joined the Access Law Group Team in 2018.

Admission to Practice

Eloise completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2013 at the Australian National University and was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 2014.


In Eloise’s current practice, she has a particular passion and skill in the areas of:

  • Estate Planning of all levels, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardianship, Superannuation Binding Death Benefit Nominations, Testamentary and Special Disability Trusts
  • Administration of Estates, including Probate and Letters of Administration grants
  • Commercial planning including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, liability waivers, and licence agreements for the use of intellectual property
  • Asset protection and advice to directors and shareholders
  • Residential and Commercial Property Transactions
  • Retirement planning including Granny flat arrangements
  • Contested Estates and Family Provision Claims

Eloise works in close relationship with Tom Ellicott and assists him on a variety of Commercial matters.

Examples of matters in which Eloise has acted are:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of Estate Planning documents, and advising people in blended family situations about their Estate planning needs
  • Drafting and advising on commercial agreements.
  • Residential and Commercial Property Transactions
  • Superannuation Advice
  • Advising both organisations and individuals in relation to Estate and Company planning
  • Advising on NCAT Guardianship Tribunal matters;
  • All Estate matters including Probate, Contested Estates and Family Provision Claims

Professional Background

Eloise trained in a large Sydney law firm, and joined Access Law Group in 2018.

Eloise grew up in the Shoalhaven region and has lived in the Illawarra for over 15 years. She is passionate about her local community, environmental conservation and human rights protection. In her free time, she can be found at the AFL, at the gym, or playing hockey for the mighty Fairy Meadow Falcons.
