Lisa is a Licensed Conveyancer in the Property, Wills and Estate Teams of Access Law Group.

Having commenced employment with Access Law Group in 2018, Lisa’s passion and enthusiasm for all things property is an asset to our firm and to her clients. Lisa strives to provide excellent customer service to each and every client.

Admission to Practice

Lisa became a licensed conveyancer in September 2017 and also obtained her Advanced Certificate in Property Agency with a Distinction from the Illawarra TAFE.

Lisa also studied Property Law and Practice at Macquarie University successfully completing her studies in 2015 and she was awarded the following:

  • “Paul Denny Encouragement Award” – proficiency in all units
  • Achievement AwardFirst Place in Foundation Legal Knowledge
  • Achievement AwardFirst Place in Finance and Security
  • Director’s AwardCommendable Performance in Contracts

Experience

Lisa’s area of expertise is Property Law and has experience with:

  • Drafting contracts
  • Advising clients on their sale or purchase
  • Liaising with all stakeholders associated with the property transaction
  • Arrangements from pre exchange to post settlement
  • Completing property transactions using the new PEXA Settlement Platform – eConveyancing in New South Wales

The experience Lisa obtained while working for 15 years as a licensed real estate agent has helped with her easy transition into Conveyancing and Property Law.

Professional Background

Prior to becoming a licensed conveyancer, Lisa worked as both a property manager and sales consultant at a local real estate office while raising a young family.

In her spare time Lisa can be found at any number of sporting field cheering on her children in various sports.
