Erin Chard

Solicitor - Property & Commercial Team

Erin grew up in the Illawarra area, graduating from Kiama High School in 2015.

Erin has been with Access since 2017, joining the firm as a Law Clerk and has had experience in our family, commercial and property law teams.

Erin has also worked as a lifeguard at Jamberoo Action Park and Oak Flats Pool.

In her spare time you will find her going to the gym, running, water skiing, and swimming.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws – graduated from the University of Wollongong in November 2019
  • Diploma in Languages (Italian) – graduated from the University of Wollongong in November 2019
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice 2019 (College of Law)
  • Pool lifeguard Licence and Technical Operations Officer
  • First Aid Certificate

Admission to Practice

Erin was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in December 2019.

Experience

Erin currently works in our property and commercial teams assisting with a range of matters from:

  • Advising on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, including off the plan Contracts and SMSF purchases;
  • Preparation of and advice on Leases;
  • Advising on the sale and purchase of businesses;
  • Possessory title applications; and
  • Property transfers.
